      Hi Melanie,
I’m a wedding photographer and I do name most of the paintings as Iris was pre verbal when she painted alot of them. We always try and make them relevant to when they were painted and her inspiration.

I wad blown away by Iris from the first time I heard her story. It touched me so deeply I began to cry. I have been struggling with Major Depressive Disorder and severe anxiety and was truly inspired by her power to overcome and do what she loves at such a young age even with autism. It showed me that you have to make the best of every moment and do what works for you as an individual. Its not just her paintings that are beautiful but even more her story and her SPIRIT!!!! Thank you for sharing and I can’t wait to watch how this amazing little one continues to grow and excel.

Our son is now 6 years old, but at 3 would only use 10 words. He began Speech Therapy at 3 and still needs that support, even though most of the time he won’t stop talking. He is curious and kind, this year he began more social therapy to help him navigate school. Iris Grace is magnificent! Way to go to her parents too! For all the hard work, the hours of therapy, one moment of success makes it all worth it!
